I’m Magnum Mello Foletto. I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 14, I started in the countryside of Rio Grande do Sul, with my first company, and I’ve never stopped building. Today I’m Co-CEO of Brasil TecPar, in telecommunications, where much of my work is integration: companies, teams and initiatives that need to become one.

I work with intensity, it’s my natural mode. For a long time now I’ve been learning to turn it into constancy, because I’ve come to believe that what you can sustain is worth more than what you force. It isn’t talent; it’s a choice, repeated every day and backed by method. From my family I carry an old motto “Faith and Constancy”, that sums up well what I try to be.

Before the spreadsheet, I trust the read: understanding what’s in front of me, a company, a team, a person, and deciding responsibly before I have every certainty. And I believe people grow when given the conditions, not the pressure.

The foundation of it all is Shana, my partner since we were 16, and our three children: Máximo, Olímphio and Vithória.

This is where I share what I’m learning, about business and about life. I write because it helps me think more clearly.
